About AssetForge

AssetForge creates and sells Digital Businesses — launch-ready business assets that customers own after purchase and handover. AssetForge is not a template marketplace, SaaS subscription product or passive-income scheme.

The website uses a manual sales process: enquire, discuss, purchase, then handover. There is no automated checkout on this site.

Pricing

Digital Businesses shown on this website are currently presented from £495. That figure is the initial AssetForge price for the Digital Business asset as described on the site.

Additional development requested after purchase is separate work and may be quoted separately. Third-party operating costs (for example domain renewal, hosting or email) are paid to those providers and are not AssetForge platform subscription fees. Future products or pricing may differ.

Build once. Own forever.

After purchase and handover, you should be able to own and operate the Digital Business you buy. AssetForge does not retain control of your business simply to force an ongoing commercial relationship.

Subject to the transaction agreement for your purchase, you may typically operate the business, grow it, modify it within the rights granted to you, hire another developer, continue working with AssetForge if you choose, or sell the Digital Business to another owner.

Your software rights

The intended commercial principle is that you receive broad, lasting rights needed to own and operate the purchased Digital Business. Those rights are intended to allow you to use and modify the software for that business, operate it indefinitely, have another developer work on it, host or move it using supported infrastructure, and transfer the Digital Business — with associated software rights — to a future legitimate purchaser.

Continued operation of the purchased business is not intended to depend on paying recurring AssetForge licence fees.

Reproduction restriction

Owning your Digital Business does not grant the right to reproduce AssetForge's reusable platform as a separate commercial product. You may not use the supplied AssetForge codebase to create additional cloned businesses for resale, sell copies of the codebase separately from the purchased Digital Business, redistribute the reusable platform, or systematically reproduce AssetForge's common codebase for commercial distribution.

That restriction is meant to protect AssetForge's reusable IP without preventing legitimate operation, modification or future sale of your actual Digital Business.

Value you create

AssetForge does not claim ownership of the commercial value you subsequently build inside your business — for example business data, listings, content, customers, relationships, traffic, reputation, brand equity or revenue. That value belongs to the business owner, subject to ordinary third-party rights and applicable law.

Domain

AssetForge may hold a domain while a Digital Business remains unsold inventory. During sale and handover, the domain is intended to transfer to you. Once transferred, you are responsible for the domain, including renewal and management.

Third-party services

Digital Businesses may rely on third-party services such as a domain registrar, hosting, database or infrastructure providers, email and other tools appropriate to that business. Those services have their own terms and fees, may change over time, and may require your own accounts. Those costs are not recurring AssetForge platform fees.

Monetisation and outcomes

Monetisation tooling is not included by default. Payment providers such as Stripe are not standard included infrastructure. Different Digital Businesses may need different monetisation approaches. Additional monetisation functionality may require future development.

Purchasing a Digital Business buys the business asset. It does not guarantee revenue, profit, traffic, customers, search ranking or commercial success. You remain responsible for operating the business and making your own commercial decisions.

Where a Growth Blueprint is provided, it is practical guidance only. It is not a guarantee, financial advice, legal advice, investment advice or a promise of commercial performance.

Additional development

Future work with AssetForge is optional. Additional development may be separately quoted. You are free to use another developer. AssetForge does not guarantee indefinite availability for future development work.

Future sale and licence agreement

Individual Digital Business purchases may be subject to additional sale and licence terms provided before purchase. The Digital Business Sale & Licence Agreement will govern the detailed transfer and software rights for a specific sale. These website terms establish the principles; they do not replace that agreement.
