Each Digital Business is individually priced. You'll find the current price clearly displayed on its catalogue listing and product page.

There are no recurring AssetForge platform fees simply for continuing to own the business.

Yes. Once purchase and handover are complete, you own and control the Digital Business and the transferable business assets included with it.

AssetForge retains its rights in reusable underlying technology, but your business is yours to operate, grow and ultimately sell.

Yes. The domain is part of the Digital Business you purchase. The name and domain have already been chosen before the business appears in the AssetForge catalogue.

During handover, the domain is transferred into your control along with the other agreed business assets.

No. You don't need to be a developer to buy or begin operating an AssetForge Digital Business. We'll guide you through the accounts you need and handle the initial technical handover.

If the business needs development later, you can come back to AssetForge, work with another developer, or manage it yourself if you have the technical knowledge.

No. Owning an AssetForge Digital Business does not require an ongoing AssetForge subscription or platform fee.

Like any independently operated website or digital business, there may be normal third-party running costs such as domain renewal, hosting, email or other services. Those are paid to the relevant providers rather than to AssetForge.

We'll configure the services needed to get the business running and help move the relevant accounts and infrastructure into your control during handover.

After that, any ongoing third-party costs associated with operating the business are your responsibility. This keeps you in control rather than dependent on AssetForge for hosting.

No. AssetForge creates the starting business asset and gets it into your hands. Building the business from there is your part.

You'll have the Growth Blueprint to help you decide what to do next, but the relationships, audience, activity and value are ultimately built by you.

No. AssetForge sells newly created Digital Businesses, not established businesses with existing revenue, customers or trading history.

No. Your rights allow you to operate, develop and maintain the Digital Business you've purchased, but AssetForge retains its intellectual-property rights in the reusable technology underlying its businesses.

That means you can change and develop your own business, but you can't reproduce the AssetForge platform to create additional businesses for resale or redistribute the underlying codebase as a separate product.

Yes. If you build something valuable, you should be able to sell it. Your Digital Business can be transferred to a new owner together with the rights needed to continue operating it.

The business can be sold. The reusable AssetForge platform itself cannot be reproduced or sold separately.
