Who we are

AssetForge creates and sells Digital Businesses — complete business assets that customers own after purchase and handover. This website is the public marketing site for that business.

For privacy questions, use the contact form and mention that your message relates to privacy.

Information we collect

The main way AssetForge collects personal information through this website is the enquiry form. That may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message
• The Digital Business you are enquiring about, where you choose one

When you use the website, standard technical information may also be processed by the hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving pages (for example request logs). AssetForge does not currently run marketing analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking tools on this site.

How we use enquiry information

Enquiry details are used to respond to your message, discuss fit and ownership where relevant, and manage the early stages of a possible sale conversation. They are not used for automated marketing campaigns on this website.

Service providers

Enquiry messages are delivered using an email delivery provider (currently Resend) so AssetForge can receive and reply to them. Hosting providers process the technical traffic needed to operate the website.

Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services. AssetForge does not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar storage

This website does not currently use marketing or analytics cookies. It does not present a cookie banner because no optional tracking cookies are part of the current Version One implementation.

If that changes in future, this notice will be updated and any additional consent requirements will be handled appropriately.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any related sales process, and for a reasonable period afterwards for ordinary business records and follow-up. It is then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Security

AssetForge takes reasonable steps to protect personal information, including using established providers for email delivery and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you should avoid sending highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to ask what personal information AssetForge holds about you, to request correction or deletion, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact AssetForge through the website contact form and describe what you need.
